The Problem
Media compression should be quick and private, without sending files to a cloud service or interrupting the rest of a workflow.

How I built it
- Built a drag-and-drop workflow accessible from the macOS menu bar.
- Used native ImageIO and AVFoundation processing for local image and video compression and conversion.
- Added smart presets, batch processing, and target-size controls for common sharing constraints.

Outcome
- Launched Condense for macOS with image and video processing that runs entirely on-device.
- Released free and one-time Pro options with no subscription.
